You'll be able to get pirate treasure, if you have 15001 Fishing points. You don't have to attach a wonderful in order to get one.

Fishing : More types of fish will be catchable as you earn the points in this category.
Additional Note: Lol, i forgot that you can't attached wonderfuls in your fishing rod. ><
