xP When I never even got his five heart advice? Don't think adding more hearts is going to change much if it still didn't work for two extra hearts.Blue Rose wrote:Befriend him some more.Blue wrote:Well guys, I guess AP really does have some big glitches because I still can't get Toby's love advice event or his second rival event no matter what I do. He has seven hearts and I can't get anything in Cher's guide to work. >_> Any advice?
Edit: Oops sorry for the double post. DX

Sadly, I think you're definitely going to have a scholarly kid (or maybe quiet). If you answer A for your next (third) question, then it leads to scholarly or romantic, and whatever you choose for the last option will lead to a scholarly kid because that's 3/4 while the others would be 2/4 or 1/4
So you can't have a romantic child anymore, I assume, since the options don't work. But if you answer B for the third question and B again for the last question... I'm not sure how that'd work. Because then it's be 2/4 for quiet, but also 2/4 for scholarly.

Are the scholarly kids any way a little enegetic? I don't care if it's towards learning...I just don't want a calm and smart kid. I leaned towards scholarly since I thought they'd be a little bit fiery since that's was one of the "options/answers" for (fiery and) scholarly. Dx
My kid is based on a reference character...so it's really going to bug me if the personalities aren't even a little bit close.
So I played AP for ten hours today. While I was playing, Horn Ranch and Marimba Farm both upped to level two. Because I still was having trouble getting Ruth's damn crops, I bought good fertilizer for my new tomatoes (because the others were all ripped up in the two days of typoons. D: ) so that they would grow to be at least good.
When the tomatoes were fully grown, I picked them, only to receive two decent tomatoes, one good, and one perfect. If I hadn't had as much trouble with Ruth in the past, I was lucky to only need two more; the perfect and good ones.
But it still pisses me off. :/ How does level four soil give me two decent crops?

The soil level only helps with the growth time of the crops, not the quality.Kirby =D wrote:So I played AP for ten hours today. /yeah I was confused too
Yep, same % of shining/perfect/good/decent crops, no matter if you fertilize or not - so for crops with set growth time there is no reason to use fertilizer, only to speed up the maturity for those with variable growth time.
(and bells affect availability of shining products in first place - earth for crops, wind for milling, etc)
