I only use it when the games are REALLY tedious. Like HMDS and IoH. Or when I just feel like being lazy. To me, cheating is just a way for me to unlock better things I wouldn't have had before. Making it more fun for me, and also prolonging the game life before I stop for awhile.

its not that bad, except for fall crops

each crop needs a certain quantity of sun points/water points to grow to next stage, but they die if they receive more than the maximum, sun points are gained depending on the weather conditions, sunny = 3 , clear = 2 and cloudy = 1, all others are 0(normally rains and such), water you can give yourself or the rain gives it, the main problem lies with the fall crops since they die if they receive 3 points or more if i remember well, that way, you only need to water them once for them to grow(their minimum is 1), but if you water AND it rains after (strong rain gives +2 water), theyre pretty much dead, later on the game you'll have the greenhouse though, where you can control it and theres no rain to annoy the « Cow Poopoo » out of u

Nah, if I used codes for something such as maximum affection points I wouldn't be able to see how each character develops and know who I love most of all. I very much like working for my dollars as well.

....On my third playthrough or so. XP Cheating certainly makes the game easier, but makes it SUPER boring @_@ I mean, no challenge there right? And the down side is, you don't get that warm, happy feeling when you work an effort to accomplish something that is so hard to.. erm.. Accomplish in the game X3

Plus, I remember trying codes on my IoH; But stupid me, I accidentally saved it, and now I don't wanna play anymore since money won't leave at 10,000,000 Or something T.T It just sits there, unplayed. XP

Right now, I just wanna accomplish SI with both Chelsea and Mark without the use of cheats =P

Well, sometimes I use them. But never for money or affection. I like to earn those myself and that is really the point of a HM game, I normaly stop when I get married so I at least try and get a months worth of time wth an HM game before I allow it to leave my DS. But when I do fish my AR out, I only use something like... infinate stamina or something since I instantly fail at mining and I pass out a lot in HM games.
