How do you unlock the medium-sized pendants and earrings?
I tried buying everything to the point where I had 1 of each of the small pendants/earrings but that didn't unlock the mediums. Am I going to have to buy the speed boots and pedometer too, or is there some sort of wait/farming point requirement that I'm missing?

You have to wait 7 day after making the small versions to unlock medium ones.
