You get a shiny Pokemon by finding it in the wild. You have like a one/billion (exageration) chance of finding them.

You can change Arceus' colour with the elemental plates you finda round Sinnoh

Haha, I don't bother doing the math! xD

The only shinies I have, and will ever have unless one pops up again, like last time are a shiny Crobat, Floatzel, and a Driftloon. All 3 just popped up at random... Except Crobat, he was a Zubat when I got him.

Only shinies I got was I THINK a shiny Krabby int he early days but it was so freaking long ago I have no idea.

And a shiny Girafarig.

I almost thought my Shiny Articuno wasn't Shiny because its just a tad different tint then the original.
