Yue - 10 ~> She's just so cute, funny and energetic! I loved her apperance and her personalities too and she looked awesome on her wedding dress~ <3
Dorothy - 9.5 ~> Reminds me of Nodoka and shares the same seiyuu! Yeah I like Nodoka and she seems shy at first but she grew fond at you/Kyle when you get to know her~ And she too look gorgeous on her wedding dress..the only thing irrates me is that she should showed her beautiful red eye often! D<
Rosalind -8.5 ~> A polite and rich girl. She's really nice and intelligent really...if only her apperance were nicer.. =/
Julia - 8 ~> Owh stop being tsundere you...you! I really loved her expression when she force Kyle to get in the bathroom and he fainted...she's really funny..xD
Alicia - 7 ~> Not bad really...but she's definately interesting in a way..
Mana - 5 ~> Meh....she doesn't interest me as the female lead like Mist did...she's seems too...well annoying in a way...
Cecilia - 3 ~> Why won't you said anything about Russell?? And what about your cute little love with Nick when you're young!!?? You was so cute back then but now....Pfffft!!

Yue- 9.5 First of all, I love the way she looks with her hair and kimono, but I also love her personality. Her trying-to-get-me-to-buy-something routine was cute, and her request with the kiss on the cheek was cuter. :D
Rosalind- 7.5 I like that Rosalind has lots of dialogue, but her super-romantic-ness kind of put me off, somehow. She gets mega bonus points for her brother. <3
Alicia- 6 She cracks me up, and seems to genuinely like Kyle even if he's too dense to notice. Never my first choice, though, because her voice is too damn creepy.
Dorothy- 6 Much as I adore her character development (and Fern :D), any "..."-ing character has made me wary since Manna in FoMT.
Julia- 5.5 I like how she acts like a more believable person, and the fact that she's living all alone could have an interesting backstory behind it. And that "OMG" face is pure win. But she's not really my...type, I guess.
Mana- 4 Not a fan of Mana, but Douglas is pretty amusing. C; She gets points for being the main girl and therefore portrayed as adorable in the opening video.
Ceci- 2.5 Points for the maid outfit. Nothing else.

Personally, I don't like Rosalind. Everyone says that she's a nice rich girl that makes her stand out, but because I play more RPGs rather than HM, I find nice noble girls too boring, flat and and cliche.

Don't think her Kansai-ben is really apparent in the EN version though.

Use of 'uchi' as a first person pronoun.
Frankly, I had to read her conversations twice as I'm not used to reading Kansai-ben. Oddly, no problems if the line is voiced though.
Also, I have the impression that she's more of a tsundere than Julia (in the JP ver, Julia acts more like say, Mahoro instead of Naru).
Also Yue is less of a Tomboy, and it's hard to get that impression from someone using Kansai-ben (who is not using the Kansai subdialect of Osaka-ben), anyway, as the speech is quite 'soft', and more of a shrewd businesswoman. At least more so than Ivan or Lute.
Personality-wise, she's the closest to Rosetta, but with different priorities.
Also, the 'snobby rich girl' stereotype is also more common in anime though. "Nice rich girls" are also present, but they usually don't 'flaunt' it, unlike Rosalind. I'll do say that "nice rich girls" are frequently found in RPG genres, but I think that's arguably another
stereotype.

I agree with Nescio...
Well in NA version we can't really say she had the Kansai dialect since it's in English...>_>;
And...I personally don't think she's tomboy..she IS tsundere and the reason ppl loves her is because of her interesting and funny personalities. Not to mention her cute appreances and kimono. Even her events is cute~ <3 and in RF2 somehow I don't think any of the girls is tomboy.

This is SO based on looks, since I am getting the game on Tuesday and thus don't know what any of the girl's personalities are like...but anyway,
10-Dorothy-SO CUTE and I LOVE the teddy bear! 
10-Julia-I dunno, I just love her eyes and the bathing house...I just like them <3
8-Alicia- She seems a little scary to me... and I think the outfit is HIDEOUS...just me
7-Rosalind- They coulda done a better job making her look better
6-Mana- She's just the main girl and I NEVER go for those...I wonder why...Maybe it's normally because of their PERFECT personalities(in other games)
5-Yue- This is COMPLETELY MY OPINION but I think she's just a little...well, the eyes look like my BFF Aimee's and (no offence, Aimz!) but they sorta freak me out a little...so unnatural!
0-Ceci- I just think...well I have RF1 and she was SO much better in that one...she's just so....dull.

Dorothy- 9.5. At first I was kind of wary because most shy girls in HM games are fairly predictable. But then I fell in love with her long, Nodoka-esque bangs and talking with Fern and gradually seeing more layers out of her. I love her outfit, too. :p Unlike shy girls in other games she actually got more character development as time went on. And I'd like my daughter to have spaz Cammy as an aunt. Mah love goes to Dorothy. <3
Yue- 8. If I couldn't have Dorothy for some reason, I'd pick Yue. I love her voice, her look (not only do I adore short kimonos and hime-cuts, she ALSO has black hair and blue eyes. Props!), and her personality. She makes me rofl. :p The only reason I wouldn't marry her is because I'm too lazy to get most of her items. Plus, I love Dorothy. :p And you know wot? She has some amazing zettai ryouiki going on. Class A, IMO, although I'm not otaku enough to know the exact measurements.
Alicia- 7. Okay, I'll never marry her because she looks kinda old, but I love her as a friend. She's got a pimphat and she reminds me of characters I like from anime. I always love her stories about attacking Cecilia when she makes a prediction... xD
Julia- 6.5. I like a lot of her facial expressions, and her clothes are awesome. But I just didn't find a lot appealing about her other than that...nothing in her personality really stood out and hit me.
Mana- 6. I don't see where most of the hate comes from. Sure, she's kind of boring, but she's no less interesting than Celia from DS and lots of people married her anyways. I almost married her on account of how the opening sequence made her look positively « Baaaa *glomp* »', and I like the ribbons on her hair and shoes, but she was kind of bland to me...cut-and-paste lines from every other sensibile, kind girl in the HM franchises. I do like the interactions with her and Kyle sometimes, though, and her facial expressions are always cute. Although a lot of the cutscenes did bother me...BLANDNESS. RAWR.
Rosalind- 5. She's probably the smartest out of all the girls in the game, but our personalities were pretty incompatible. IRL I like being a smartass from time to time, so I didn't like her being smarter than me. :p I loved Bianca, but Rose didn't have the same appeal to me. Nothing against her personally, but I just didn't really like her character. Plus her art didn't seem as good as with other characters.
Cecilia- 2. GODS, 2. The first time I saw her, I thought she was very pretty, nice, and I was going to marry her. But « Harvest Goddess », she was bland as all hell. A bad Yamato Nadeshiko type. Not only does she mention nothing about her past from the other game other than a couple facts and wanting to get into your pants because you remind her of Raguna, she keeps working as a maid even after you're married and you can roll in the dough. When you answer her question about fashion, she just answers "oh." OH? No witty line or sommat? Nice, Ceci. What happened to your spunky self in the last game? Go make bebes with Jake so Aria can have Orland in the next gen. Not even your zettai ryouiki can save you now.

I give Rosy a 9. She's a nice rich girl of course and she's a DSC. That gets her points lol. Sure her overall appearance is weird but I love her hair and eye color at least. xD
She's also got the most romantic scenes quest wise it was cute. Not to mention at least her brother recognizes you as family in second generation if you marry her lol. I also like to think she has a bit of a mad scientist streak with her one quest, and the fact that she's actually short but wears special heels. xD

Also gets a 9. Wow, before the English version came out I HATED her. I thought that I would just hate her, and thought her outfit was RIDICULOUS. But when I played the game I thought she was pretty freaking awesome. Not to mention she makes me lol. Also she actually looks her age LOL.
Yue:
Gets a 7. She's Yue therefore she's awesome. I like her businesswoman like-ness. It's cute, and her outfit is cute too. There's really not much to say, I really didn't go for her so I can't remember any of her quests.
Julia:
She get's a 7.5. She gets a bit more for being tsundere. And I like tsundere. I might go for her in my next play-through. I never beat RF2, I got bored when second gen came along. I do like her outfit and think she's pretty. I think she's pretty awesome lol. Some of her faces are pretty lol worthy, YOU KNOW THE ONES.
Mana:
4 or 5. But she's higher on the list then Ceci is. Well you know I might actually say she's a 6. She isn't bad, and her scenes are adorable. It's just she gets boring after a while. My first file I married her and accidentally saved when I just wanted to see how she acted after the marriage. So I didn't mean to save so I need to replay lol. She's boring as a mom too, not that any of them are really exciting or anything in second generation.
Ceci:
I lunno maybe a 4 or 5 honestly. I mean at first I thought I'd like her more, but she was still my least favorite of all the girls. Maid outfit is cute though but isn't a deciding factor. Like everyone said she's better in RF1. I only really go for her just to steal her away at her wedding day for the lulz, but I never save afterwords. You'd think they'd mention you being part elf if your mother is her but nope.
