True Age of HM Villagers/Bachelor/Bachelorettes?

OK . . . I've read somewhere about the true ages of the Mineral Town bachelor/bachelorettes, but when I try to find that website . . . I can't~
So, I don't know whether there was any official information on their ages, but if there is, can someone tell me?
I'm seriously curious. The only thing I remember from that website (whether true or false I don't know), was that Doctor/Trent was 28 or 32, Mary was 17, Popuri was 16, Cliff was 23, Gray was 25 and Rick was 22.
Other than that I've forgotten. I've also checked the HM wiki, and got a few information on Rick, Gray and Trent's ages. Of course, wiki's can be edited by anyone, and those were only their POSSIBLE ages.

the ages of the mineral town girls wre given in the BTN strategey guide, if i remember corretly. i don't remember the ages given, but they were much older than that. most of the girls were in their 20s.

Anyway, I believe they are all in their 20's exept for popuri was 17 and elli was 18 or 19.

Elli? I always saw her as older. I mean she's a /nurse/. She woulda needed training, same with the Doc.

That's a good point. She probably just has a young looking face. I mean some people think I'm in like 5th grade >.< I'm short and have a babyish face with my glasses so.. sorry off topic.

Yeah, i believe she has a baby face. Although I don't think she had advanced medical training and stuff; she just wants to support her family and cure her grandmother.

i always got the impression that elli was studying under the doctor. *shrugs*

i think that the art style makes everyone look younger. it has the same sort of appeal that anime does, where everyone looks young and cute, even if they aren't.

This is true.. I should think they're like 19-23 I guess. Kai seems like 20 while cliff and doctor seem like 23, and mary seems like 20 and popuri I still think is 17 with a fake ID, and everyone else is 19-20

i think doctor has to be at least 30. :/ he doesn't seem to be in his 20s to me, just personality-wise. not to mention the whole medical school thing...

Nina, do you mean PRIMA's official strategy guide for Harvest Moon BTN? I bought that a year or two ago - just out of curiosity, (it sells cheap around here) and there was no ages of the HM Mineral Town girls. Of course, you might be talking about a different BTN strategy guide. I have a feeling all of the HM Mineral Town girls were in their 20's with the only exception being Mary, Popuri and . . . MAYBE Elli. Elli was around 19, 20, or 22, I can't be sure. But I'm positive Popuri was 16.

Most of the HM MFoMT characters look young and a little chibi - ish - which I find is the appeal of them. But Elli didn't really have specific training or anything. If Elli and Trent/Doctor are married (spoiler), then there is an event where Doctor/Trent offers to help her to study medicine or something.

I reeaeeeally doubt Pupuri was 16 :S I mean LUMINA was 16, and she had to grow (and in the Eng ver, have her age CHANGED) for it to be acceptable to marry her. There's no way a 16 year old would be allowed to wed and have a baby :S Lillia would kick Jack (or Kai's) « Mr.Gourmet's hat ».

Popuri seems just over the legal age to me. She still holds her stubborn childish acts, yet she's old enough to marry and have a child.

Yeah, I agree, and I admit that is WAS a little shocking to see her age as 16 at the time, but remember, this IS HM. Anything can happen. Of course, I can't say the information about Popuri being 16 was correct, either. But then, hey, it's possible.

That's also possible. I'm just waiting to see if anyone has any official information on this, just to be sure. Nina Star 99 thinks there might be (no sarcasm intended).

well, the last time i saw it was when BTN was brand new, and i haven't seen the guide since, so it could just be a failure of memory, but i seem to distinctly remember ages being given. *shrugs* i'm probably wrong.

i think popsie is around 18 or 19. she seems to be really young and childish, but old enough to feel like she can make her own decisions. i mean, i know plenty of kids at my school (college) who seem to be much less mature than popsie. XD
