The REAL Couples

Ok, so I know a lot of us have spent some free time thinking about our favorite couples. Well, I have come to my own conclusion about the REAL couples of this game~

Kai & Karen - Both adore the beach, and have that alluring and flirty sense about them. They would really compliment each other in a relationship. Not to mention Kai's absence would give Karen some justification for drinking. You can just imagine their romantic strolls on the beach.

Gray & Popuri - Not only would this add to Gray's angst, but falling in love with his friend[kai]'s lover would be pretty intense. He seems like he would be perfect for the angsty role. Also, Popuri would be good for Gray, and lighten up his cold heart. Rick could also be at peace and not have to worry about promiscuous Kai.

Mary & Doctor - This is painfully obvious. Every Wednesday. In the library. Am I the only one who has noticed this love affair? It still has the "shy girl soothes restless soul" perk of the maryxgray pairing, but adds the intensity of the "Secret Lovers". Mhm mhm.

Elli & Rick - Elli is a girl who needs amusement in her life, since she sits behind a desk all day occasionally dealing with Jeff's...presence. She spends all her time with a wall inbetween her and a cold man, so she needs an understanding guy who can truly relate to being ignored. Not only would Rick treat her like a lady, but they would surly bond over having an older female living with them who's in feeble condition. Popuri and Stu could also benefit from this relationship.

Ann & Cliff - Play the game.

HERE IS THE MOST OBVIOUS PAIRING:

Jack & Anna - Ok, don't judge me. I CAN EXPLAIN.
So previous to Jack's arrival, Anna had been wanting the saucy spice back into her love life, but Basil was always more interested in plants. Unsatisfied, she looked for an outlet. SOMETHING to remind her what true passion feels like. Then came Jack. Out of nowhere, this handsome, strong young man moved into town and into her life. [Seriously, just think about it. It's puuurddy obvious when you give it some thought xD ] Come on, I can't be the only one to see her as the cougar type.

But yeah they were XD Karen's dad (Who was Gotz o.O) owned a winery and Kai worked there.

LOL I also just totally noticed the last one XD (I read it as Ann at first and skipped over it) But I can totally see it! (Goota love them MILFs X3) And Basil can get with Lillia (who worked in a Flower shop in 64 :3 I'm pretty sure she liked them in MT as well)

hehe I'd have to say anna > manna~ ha I think Anna rocks the MILF status better than anyone else 8D but yeah Manna has her own angst issues to work out before she messes around with a farmer. ;3

well, elli and rick weren't an official couple in 64, it's just that a few of us ship them. XD elli and jeff were married, which was -really- creepy, given that jeff raised her after her parents died, so he was practically her father. D:


eh, i love them both. manna could have a more rounded out personality, and anna could have a little more personality, but really, both of them have more personality than all of the eligible girls combined, i think. XD

Yeah, I find in alot of HM games the "main characters"[marriage candidates] are never the most interesting--I think all of the grown women in FoMT have a really interesting dynamic. You've got the three gossip girls, Anna Sasha & Manna, and then Lilia with her sickness, absent husband and strange kids~ And Ellen is just a woman of mystery. I think it's weird that in MFoMT you can marry a character like Won who's older, but in FoMT you can't marry any older gals ;3; I wish Anna/Manna/Sasha could all be secret candidates~

As in, just think about how intense the heart events would be. xD Each heart event the husband would get more suspicious, until in the last one a big fight goes down. :0

ew and that jeff situation is creepy xD haha, maybe that's why he sits on the clinic couch some days and looks at Elli. e_e;

those would be some intense heart events~! it would be like a giant soap opera, haha. <3 plus, i can imagine the older women being much more passionate than the girls, who are just like *blush* hi, honey. la~ame!

Let's get in some mid-life crisis! >D haha I can just see Basil taking a long time to catch on to anna's cougar ways xD If Mary knew before Basil, I wonder what she would do. you think she would tell her dad, or would she be to nervous to...?

mary probably wouldn't tell her dad. she might talk with her mom about it (since she seems the type of talk about issues of love secretly with her mom), and she'd probably be upset that her mom is breaking up the family, but she might admit to a secret crush on jack in the process. it would make a fun little random event. :D

wow that would be so much better than some of the other events. x_x yeah, talk about a love triangle! ha I wonder if Anna would do the socially acceptable thing and cut it off with jack, or just ditch her family. I could see both, actually. ahh now I want to play those scenes!
