Two Questions: Is it true...

I have the girl version for PSP and so my question is; isn't Won and that fat food guy secretly have invisible hearts to woo them? If so, I remember being told that if you get Won to a certain affection, he'll sell anything you give him for a high price. e-e
Am I correct?
As for the second question... I don't remember. ):

that only works in the GBA one
PSP version is a remake of Back to nature for girl which if you marry any guy your game would end
