Was this game; Island Of Happiness for DS ever released in the UK?
I hope so, because UK doesnt get many good HM games and I hate importing :(

I do beleive it was.. Well I got it in store and I live in a Euroish country.

PROTIP: DS games can be imported from America and will play perfectly fine on an European DS. This has three very important benefits:

1. You don't have to wait 348238946823468 years for Rising Star to get off their big fat arses and release it in Europe.
2. You don't get half the features removed from the game, just because Rising Star decided to remove them.
3. Despite having to pay for shipping, you still get the game at a fraction of the ridiculous UK price.*

IoH has been released here though. You should be able to find it relatively easily in GAME or Gamestation, or HMV or Virgin if you're lucky.

* European countries probably don't have to pay a kings ransom for games, but it's worth checking to see if you could save money by importing too.

A tip: Go to the first page of a game in the site, it will show a release date for Japan, USA, and Europe. By the looks of it, IOH came out in Europe just a few months after it did in the US.

I don't think here is any difference between a Euro or American DS, with the exception of language.

Well I found it in shops when I moved to Australia.

It was released, I bought mine in the christmas season 2008, and the biggest difference I can see is Eggplants being translated to Aubergines.

On another note, I ebay the only place to buy games released in america? I tried to order a copy of SI at amazon, but there was some stupid rule forbidding international shipping to five or so european countries, UK being one of them.
