need TV shopping help

Okay so every sat. wach tv and see what i can buy then go to Doug's inn and order off the phone. But when I wach tv I get the wether chanle, I got one thing befor and i dont even know how i did it I neen help im in year 3 and not merryed HELP!!!

The 'up' butten is the weather channel, the 'left' button is TV shopping, have you tried that already ?

Just to add on, If your house is not big enough for the item, you won't be able to buy stuff for your house. And if you press right while watching tv, it's news, and the bottom channel is hints, if I remember right.

It won't even appear on the shopping show, if the item cannot be bought because the house is not big enough.

The TV has four stations:
Up is the weather forecast for the day.
Right is upcoming festivals and whatnot.
Down is Life on the Farm, which gives you hints about playing the game. There are two shows, one during AM hours and one during PM hours iirc.
Left is the daily show. On Saturdays, it's the Shopping channel. The shows for the other days of the week don't really do anything besides provide entertainment.
