Right now Ann is at a Red Heart Level with me and keeps refusing when I propose. I am in second year. I think this has to do with when I let my friend borrow my game about two years ago and rose her heart level up from Orange to Red but didn't see the Orange Heart Event. Do I have to drop her heart level back to Orange by giving her things she doesn't like to see the event?

You can still see the orange event at red heart (heck, you can see the black heart!). More importantly, have you reached all other requirements? Big bed etc?

A red heart isn't a guaranteed yes. I would keep giving her gifts and talking to her for about a week and then propose to her then. That is, assuming you have all the requirements for marriage.

oh dur dur durrr =_= i can't believe i've had two other files and i FORGOT about having the big bed. =_= waw. i can't believe myself. -shales head- i haevn't even upgraded the seond time yet. =___= but putting that aside, thanks for your guys' help! ^^
