Well, you can still see some differences between them.

Besides Wada being a jungle man and Regis an aristocrat.

I mean... Wada has a sunburn on his nose. Regis's nose is a bit longer than even Pinocchio's. But their noses still look similar. =P

=D Shea is an explorer's son! Before the island was abandoned, Shea's father use to take him to the jungle. Then, one day, a boar attacked his father. It ended in tragedy. That's when Wada found Shea and took him in!

His father wasn't attacked by the boar. Shea was a little kid and went to the jungle all alone. His parents were looking for him but they couldn't find him. They had to leave the island though. Shea was found by Wada's tribe and Wada adopted him.
