Olivier (Angelique) and
Goro (Tokimemo Girls Side) together. Seriously, one has the face and hairdo, and the other has the color scheme. Their personalities also resemble Juli's to some extent (interest in fashion,
may talk like a bowl of lucky charms, to name a few).
Luke's design (not personality) was probably inspired by the character designer's old sketches of Serge from Chrono Cross, since the ToT artist also did concept artwork for that game.
Hey, those charms are magically delicious! After all, Juli was obviously the reason Waffle Island had rainbows *nod nod*
Selena reminds me of a dancer from a fighting game I read about years ago.

Wizard himself is very much anime like. *thinks* Hes sorta like Kaito... I don't know any other characters he would match up.
Julius is similar is personality and looks to Gackupo Kamui.

I kept watching the middle character (sure it was the one supposed to look like Chase) and was like "Am I crazy, or are they all imagining things ? He looks nothing like Chase !" then I realized it was the one next to him

Hate to burst your bubble, but unless Gill is a big-brother-obsessed killing psycho freak, he's not like Sasuke.
But that guy doesn't look ANYTHING like Chase.

You know I never realized that until you pointed it out. I was like "Hey you look very very familiar." The personality must have confused me that's why I didn't remember...
If one of the designers were from Chrono Cross I would love to have a character that looks and acts like Kid...
What's the title of this manga I think I would like to read it...

I agree although Gill and Draco Malfoy now they look alike and KINDA have the same personality...
