C-Chase?? Is that you?!

So I was on Youtube today watching AMVs, when I was surprised by what I could have SWORN was Chase. Quickly, I ran to Wikipedia to look up the anime the clips were taken from, in hopes I could find a picture of the Chase doppelganger:

Now call me crazy, but am I the only one to think that the guy just left of center bears an UNCANNY resemblance to our own orphaned cook, right down to the barrette placement?

Thats finny the gardener from kuroshitsuji.
I love that anime and yes, they do look alike, but they are nothing alike in personality.
And also, Finny is an orphan.

But yeah, they do look a lot alike.
I like the red haired crazy dude, he's wicked looking.(even if he isn't in the picture)

That guy has more hairpins than Chase... =P Chase only has them on one side.. and I think only three..

Ahh I've been meaning to read that manga (eye patches at tophats <3) but yes, guys with hairclips in manga/anime/games aren't uncommon..

Yeah, I will be shocked if the artist didn't pull inspiration from some other anime or game characters.
And Juli is what you get when you fuse
Olivier (Angelique) and
Goro (Tokimemo Girls Side) together. Seriously, one has the face and hairdo, and the other has the color scheme. Their personalities also resemble Juli's to some extent (interest in fashion, may talk like a bowl of lucky charms, to name a few).
Luke's design (not personality) was probably inspired by the character designer's old sketches of Serge from Chrono Cross, since the ToT artist also did concept artwork for that game.
