If I knew when those important things were coming, I'd save right away for sure! It's nice to have a sweet little surprise those because those things are fun to earn and then experience and such. I guess a middle ground would be nice; if there even is one. ^^

Yeah, I know what you're saying there. Middle ground... I can't really think of how that would work right now. But I understand what you're saying there. ^^ A little warning of some sort would be kind of nice.

But, it would be rather hard to invent some sort of middle ground, I agree. Because giving an obvious warning spoils it, but you could come upon it on surprise and somehow lose it and all. That would take a whole lot of work and creative thinking on the producers' parts, but I bet they could come up with something eventually.

Yep. Ah well, I guess it's okay to have a few faults. That just makes me look forward to newer Harvest Moon games, just to see how much they develop over time and such.

Yeah, they're really funny. xD But that's also a reason HM can be fun at the same time. I just realized today playing my game that I left my cat in the witch's house. I had no clue it was missing until now. xD I guess you can say I'm bad with my animals in my Harvest Moon games... ^^;;;;;

I agree, very true. Don't worry; I forget about my animals all the time! Sometimes it even makes me feel bad, lol. I guess we can both be bad at animals together huh? ^^;

Awww, well that makes me feel a little better... xD Whenever I find that I run out of food for my cows or chickens, I end up forgetting to buy more; and then they eventually get sick.

I know, I forget to buy them food a whole lot, lol. One time, I couldn't figure out why they were sick and I asked my sister and she just looked at me and asked if I forgot to buy more food. That was an epic fail, lol. //smacked

I tend to forget about food on the days of festivals and such... And on the days that the shop is closed, so that really always stinks. xD I've never gotten as far to letting them die, though, unless I forget about the food and the medicine. I learned my lesson at first, though, and I have about fifty bottles of medicine to back me up when I need it. /fail
