When you collect all 9, they will form some thing that will tell you how much stamina and fatigue you have. It's the same as the truth bangle in DS/Cute.

you can found it like,in your dog's roof top,harvest goddess game thingy,mayor house,horse race...
come to think of it,i only have 3..or so :/
