I've got all the stuff for meh house, got the blue feather.
Won says the orange heart saying, how do i know that he is red so i carry him?

Just keep giving him gifts until he accepts, he may not be at Red just yet.
For me it only took me a year and a few days to get him to red -We got married Spring 23 Y2-
also...
Did you buy that vase he was selling?
Did you see all of his events?
