Mining and ores ? Where are they ?

Where can I mine and find ores ???
I mean other than the snowball thingy :/

You can't. Ore rocks only appear randomly during winter or inside of snowballs.
You can buy ore from Royd's bazaar shop and gems from Fucho's bazaar shop.

I thought in winter, you can go into the mine under the waterfall to mine......

That isn't a mine; that's Kagetsu's house. I don't think she would appreciate you smashing up her house looking for ore and gems.

Yeah, like Cher said, you can find them in the bazaar shop, but they have high prices.
