No stairs in Lake Mine level 9?

While playing HM4 I noticed one thing. In Lake Mine, there isn't stairs in 9th floor. Has anybody else the same problem? Please tell me! I,m tired of gettin' stuck in 9th floor!!!

I think I understand. At some random floors, it will be a dead end. It's a pain in the you-know-what, I know.
But...is floor 9 ALWAYS a dead-end floor, or just sometimes?

Most of the time it is, from my expieriance...
Which is REALLY ANNOYING.

Is it the floor with the path to a underground lake, that floor? I have dead ends on that floor really often, but if you use two save slots, the first one on that level, to save energy, and the other slot on the level before, so you can reload and go back a level in case you do have a dead end, you will be safe.
