HELP! FOR THE CURSED TOOL!!

You know how to do this cursed too?
I got it at the floor 29(for fishing rod) and i dont seen any water for fishing and i got at floor 39(for hoe) and i do is dug a 12x3 of square of land and when i finish it, nothing happen. CAN you please help me ^_^

.,whatever level the hoe your using in the mine., it will only till 1 tile., even if you charge it.,

What do you mean? You think there is a pond at level 29?
To use the rod, bring it up to land and find a lake pond or the sea.

The pond is on level 9 (also of Winter Mine)
The cursed tools will only appear once you have ALL your tools upgraded to Mystrile and even if you do, they rarely appear, so you have to reload lots of times (before entering that floor), to see if you can get them... BTW, you'll find them on the ground, so you'll have to dig (and have a free space on the tool section too).
