Here's an idea: why don't they make some charries that aren't savage-like dark-skinned? That would solve the problem, wouldn't it? That way there'd be dark skinned people, but not setting a steotype that they are barbaric.

If you think about it though, in a great many animes and mangas the characters are mostly Asian/European/American. I haven't seen many African Americans, Hispanics, etc.

The only non-savage darker-toned character I can think of is um... Dan and Selena? :C And Muchoo.

Haha, maybe it's the setting of the story?

o_o what about Cody? From AnWL and HMDS.

And the 'Ucho Brothers in Twin...but they're just horribly representing a stereotype, so I don't feel like counting them.

In the US version we have seen already:

- Won (FoMT/MFoMT)
- Jin (ToT/AP)
- Selena (ToT/AP)
- Cody (AWL/AnWL/DS/Cute)
- Ruby and Lou (AWL/AnWL/DS/Cute)
- Chen & Charlie (IoH/SI)

Natsume hasn't changed their color skin or anything like that. I'm not sure what they are going to do with the Muchos. I like them because they are nice. But I will understand if Natsume replaces them with some random sub-villagers.

In IoH/SI the characters also had long names but you wasn't able to have a long name :/

Seems like the logical choice, certainly. But...well, logical options didn't stop Natsume from calling Lily (IoH) Lanna, right?

My only problem with Antoinette is that it's a long name. But it fits her so well~

I don't know why everyone complains about her name. It's probabily the best English name we can get for her, Antionette suits her very well.

Well I guess I'll still try to marry her but I like her Japanese name better.
