How/Where was the blond hair girl's real name discovered?

I'm trying to find the real source of the blond hair girl's real name. I know that fans call her Claire, but what was the source that started that? Was it mentioned in a certain game or Official Website? If it was does anyone have a screenshot?

I can't remember for certain, bit my mind's telling me it was probably from an instructional booklet or sommat included with the game itself.

Oh I found it. Buried deep in Natsume's official website they are hosting an image called "claireandboys.jpg". I remember seeing that picture a long time ago when the game was first released on their website. That's good enough proof for me.

Her name was Claire(It was spelled Clair in the game though...)
