Sorry if there's a thread like this before, but.......well, my chicken died. But yesterday it was fine, if it was sick, it would be angry if I lift it. And usually, sick animals would last one more day, right? So what I'm trying to say is.........does the animals we bought last forever? I bought that chicken on year one and now it's year three.

Yes, the animals die after a certain number of years.

Oh.....damn. There goes my first place sweets contest, -sigh-

If you had a save file before it died, you might've been able to save+reload. :c
It worked for me in the other Harvest Moon games, but not sure if it does for Bazaar. @_@

But even if you prolong it's life, you still can't keep it around forever. This is why you were supposed to breed them. o_o

Pets (dogs, cats and horse) will never die. You can't sell them either.

Chickens, cows and sheeps will die.

The normal animals (white chickens, white/black cows and white sheeps) live longer than the special ones.

White chick dies after 3 years
Black chicks dies after 2 years

White sheep dies after 4 years
Black sheeps - after 3 years

Normal cow dies after 4,5 years
Special cow dies after 3,5 years

You can't breed or sell them either.

Yes. You can't breed them. If you want to have a new chicken/sheep/cow, you must buy them from the ucho brothers.
