I think it's random, but I heard that if you save the day before you get your kid, you can just keep reloading until you get the gender you want.
And the title shouldn't be "LETS MAKE BABIES". It sounds like you're just inviting people over to have « Chicken Hugging » with you. It makes me go O-0.

Yeah, what Wolf said. Just do the save/reload trick.

That's an epic title. And I didn't know you could do that with the baby! It'd be funny if you could do that in real life.

not really, you'd go to your diary and say you wish to back to before your child was born, go up to your husband/wife and say "the baby's coming tomorrow, i rewinded life so i can have a son, we had a daughter and i wasn't happy." then he/she leaves you.

uh. So can anyone confirm that the baby is decided the day before instead of like, on your wedding day or something?

Everywhere I've looked said that you can keep reloading and resetting the day before your baby is born to choose your gender~
So pretty sure it's not a lie.

What do i mean its not months? what is it? weeks like in animal parade?

After 30 days of having the deluxe bed you or your wife will become pregnant.
After 60 days your wife or you will have the baby ( you can change the gender by reloading the game)

For the first year the boy and the girl don't look much different from each other, later the girl will have blonde hair and purple eyes and the boy will have brown eyes and brown hair. They don't grow any older from that point. Though if your child is at that stage and you have 10 hearts on your child's relationship bar you'll unlock a special event between you and your child.

normally that works.i had trouble with it on my boy file and kept getting a girlk. eventually i gave up

on my girl file it gave me no trouble (got a boy 1st then reloaded and got a girl)

Pfft, the title is only dirty if you think that way, guys xD

I think I prefer the girl sprite over the boy sprite, personally, but they're both pretty darn cute X3

How long does it take for your child to grown into the final stage?

Also, in regards to the title... I'd like to mention that my college has a class titled "Making Babies". Seriously. No joke. So this title is very appropriate and amusing.
