I want him to have a nice name but I'm afraid his name will be Derek.
*Sigh* Well, at least it's better than Dirk -_-;;

You would be correct! Wada is ... Wada! Gannon is.... Gannon (no way!), and Chen is.... oh wait... it's Chen!

If Dirka was Richard, I'd always think of the guy from
LFG. And in my mind, instead of whatever he was saying I'd think of murderous intent in each of his lines.

They've both had a name change, although Kagetsu's is not really much of a style change; it's still Japanese. Schmidt's name change is more fitting of his character background, as is Anemone's English name. Juris' name is the only one that's a little odd.
I don't know if I can state what their English names are yet

I think Natsume would prefer that information isn't out until after E3, when the game will most likely be available to play on the con floor and visitors can see what the English names actually are.
*wiggles around*
I can't wait to see what they are!
Maybe something Persian for Schmidt? He looks like that would be his background?

Freja is Freya. Dunno if anyone answered that already or not, but isn't that so super creative?

he does diserve a nice name, a cute name, but the thing is, there aren't that many cute guy names with the letter "d"
It'll probably be Dirk.
Yes his name is really Dirk. I ever saw a screenshot that Dirka's name is Dirk. (Sorry for my bad english!)

Looking forward to seeing what they'll change "Kagetsu" if they change it at all...personally I'd prefer not, seeing how she looks asian so an asian/japanese name fits her just fine...but oh well.

I'm pretty sure Cher said they changed it but that it's still a Japanese(?) name. My money's on Kaguya because of the Japanese folklore connotation (moon princess), as opposed to Kyoko or something. But I don't know for sure what they had in mind.

I had to do it. I actually like Angelo for Agi.
The 'ucho brothers have such sexy names. It seems.... unfitting. Especially Enrique. I think of Enrique Iglesias
