On what levels of the mines can I find Gold Ore?

You can find gold ore in all 3 mines, on all floors.

Yeah, you can pretty find much gold ore anywhere in the mines, although my guide says it's more common on floors 35-49 of the watery cave. It's just a uncommon, hard-to-find mine item. Especially when you need it for the red bell quest!

You can find them on all floors. I normally find I get more of the higher level ores after I've upgraded my tools.

I know this is an older post, but I am still an avid Harvest Moon Animal Parade player and though I'd throw my experience out there to help anyone else who still plays.

I mined through nearly all 50 floors of watery cave, starting at floor 49 and working my way up, and only found 12 gold ore.

I went to the bottom of Garmon Mine in the same fashion, and started at floor 29 and mined my way up, only got to about floor 23 and had 10 gold ore.

Based off this experience I'd say Garmon is better for getting gold than watery cave, but I did get a « Puppy Doodoo » ton of money from the jewels I found in Watery Cave.
