I believe the term is "megane."

Megane type isn't limited to just cool guys with dark hair though. It's a broad umbrella term for all glasses-type characters, from the cool smart ones to the nerdy mild-mannered or clumsy ones.

Doesn't Megane-Kun = male with glasses, and Meganekko = female with glasses?

Majority of Megane's have black-hair in anime, haha.
