Many people hated the snowstorms and hurricanes in the older games. Yeah...

This time I bet you will love them!^^

I'm not sure if summer hurricanes exist in GB because I didn't have any. But I had 3 snowstorms and guess what!

During a snowstorm you can... LEAVE YOUR HOUSE!

Exactly! You can see shaking trees and the strong wind will be pushing you. All villagers will stay at their houses, so you can visit them.

If you take your animals outside, they will go back home.

Something funny: if you leave your chicken outside it will be blown away by the wind. You will see it flying above your field. On next day you will find the chicken near your house. It will be mad at you.

This is very exciting! Storms were such useless days in the past. But even if you couldn't leave, you wouldn't have to deal if angry animals because your barn is now connected to the house. (Kinda like old New England style barns!)

I like that you can visit the villagers too. I'll be good for finding anyone who you might now see as often.

Also, did I hear that the windmills will make items really fast during storms (or something like that)?

I'm glad you can leave your house like you could in Animal Parade. I would always get so mad when I'd get off track a day of gifting people due to a storm.

They still destroy your crops though, right?

Well, the snowstorms didn't destroy my trees. I'm not sure about the summer hurricanes because I didn't have any.

haha, the chicken thing is too funny. i think i will try that with the english release. im glad u can leave your house though..did ur stamina go down because of being outside?

That sounds amusing. I'm glad that the chicken will come back though. >__> poor thing.

Oh my goodness! That's absolutely amazing! It always drove me insane how in (M)FoMT when there was a snowstorm, you were forced to waste a day inside, while all your animals got all pissed off and more than half of your chickens got all sick and everything DX

good to know..so now i can totally goof off in my game and not have to worry about more stamina loss because of the weather :D

I just laughed myself to tears. It sounds so awesome! I always felt like throwing my DS when I had stormy weather because it was a waste of a day and a waste of perfectly good profit I could have got...

well thats always a good thing, to be able to leave the house, i just wish it could be done when the barn wasn't attatched to the house. even if we couldn't leave the house, we can still get to the barn.

the thing about the chicken was hilarious XD i gotta try it out when i get the game.
