Is anyone else a lttle disappointed in this games bachelors?

I'm upset at the bachelorettes, actually. I really have to push to pick out 3 bachelorettes that I like. I'm going based on what I can gather of their personalities by the way their sprites are animated. I'm worried that, once it's out, I'm going to dislike Daisy, Sherry, or both (or even Kagetsu, which is a real shame, since I'd like that challenge). What's the reason they gave for Marian not being a bachelorette?

As far as the bachelors go, though, I suppose they aren't that good, either. I guess, if I played a female character, I'd go with Dirk. Ivan seems very pompous to me. I don't know. I'm probably wrong, but I can't help feeling this pompousness. From a video game character.

Just based on their very basics, including looks and background, I don't think they're half-bad. C: They're a lot better than some past bachelors.
Though I'm sure they're pretty one-dimensional.

I have no idea who I'm going to marry. Let's just hope they don't get angry at you when you marry someone else. Like in AWL.

But alas, none of them can compare to my Celia. She's the best girl in the series. ^_^

Seriously, I'd like it more if the characters recognized it when you were in a relationship-no matter what kind-with specific characters. Like, say you were on a red-heart with Celia, but enemies(and I know that's not actually possible in an HM game, but this is all hypothetical anyways) with Marlin or Vesta-she should recognize that. =w=

ah yes. I agree with you. Now, I wish they would do this for another HM game. I mean it feels stupid when girls are at a high heart level and then you marry someone else. It's like you cheating on them (well you are). It adds more of reality into the game. I take back what I said then.

Honestly none of the bachelors appealed to me much, that I have seen. Or the bachelorettes. But, I'm hoping/figuring that will change once I get the game.

I know I'm going for Schmidt because he is very different, look wise at least, from a lot of other HM characters, so I want to grab him since I probably won't get a purdy one like him for a while. :D Loyd, Agi, and Anemone look cute though. (I didn't like Anemone until I saw her dialogue in the Japanese; from what I could understand it was very cute.

Kagetsu appealed to me, but I'm going to go for Lily in SI after I marry WP, so I don't know if I will end up going for her, since she sounds rather like Lily, but without the crazy trasure and panda obsession.

Some of the others look cute, though. I think this is one of the few games where I'm more interested in the farming (and JUMPING) aspects than the marriage, though.

In terms of looks, I wasn't very fond of them at first. But they kind of grow on you after a while. <3

And then I went and looked at the bachelors from Twin Villages and that ruined GB's bachelors for me a little bit, haha (brb, drooling over Kamil). I'm hoping that this game's bachelors will turn out like ToT's - I didn't really like how they looked at first, but their personalities were awesome and made me like them a lot.

Quite disappointed that both Kamil and Michael don't have reverse proposal.

Anyway, in my opinion, the WB bachelors is quite unique in their own way. I still find them agreeable.

what do you mean you wish they make him have a reverse propsal in the us version? Natsume only translate game to English they not the one make the game so they can't change ore add anything in.

They edit the gameplay between regions. I believe that they had a 'Best Friend' feature in the Japanese version of HMDSC, but they took it out in the US version.
We can just hope that they do. If they don't, then I will most likely die a slow and painful death, miraculously awake from the dead, then suck it up and propose to him like I do in every other game. xD

^ Yes, they can remove some text or edit some things but adding a reverse proposal is a major change. Adding this change is not as easy as removing that was already in-game. As early as now, I think we should be contended with what's already made. Also, I think that it's unfair on the part on Japanese fans that they would not be able to experience this event in their games.

Just don't get your hopes too high. It's only a game.

Given how many problems Natsume has had in games they've removed content from, I personally would rather do without them adding content in.

But I do hope your dreams of being in-game proposed to come true! It truly would be an adorable aspect.
