Play asia has the English version?

I just saw that Play Asia has the English version. If I ordered it, would it ship right away or would I have to wait until it is released in the US?
It's a pre-order. If you are in the US, it would probably be faster to order from a local vendor.In stock on Jul, 2010. We do not charge your credit card before pre-orders are being shipped.
