I was wondering something. If you're wooing someone from the opposite village of the one you live in, does that mean you won't be able to attend any festivals with them? You basically only get to improve your relationship with them via gifts and heart events?
(Sorry if this question was already asked, but I don't have time to read through the entire thread.)

You can only attend festivals from the town you are living in, besides the duel-town cooking festival.

what part of the montain do sage live Im on year 2 fall.... or do I have to activate the Bear scene I activated 2 already But no sage

She lives in Bluebell mid-mountain area. From Bluebell, jump up the cliff, cross the bridge heading east, then go down the slide. Instead of sliding down back to the ground, or crossing the bridge across the path, go east and you'll find her house.
To unlock her, walk from Bluebell up the path after 9:00 pm.

No, they won't help you. Farming is easy to their help isn't really necessary.

Just wondering but is the crop system simpler than in IoH? I didn't like how you had to count the sun and water points...It looks like crop growing is based on the number of times now, right? I'm a wee bit confused.

It is the same system as in Grand Bazaar. No sun points at all, but if you only water your crops once per day they will take longer to grow than if you do it twice per day.

I don't know if this has been asked but so you are trying to clear out a tunnel and connect the two towns again, correct? Can you keep playing your file after you clear the tunnel? Or does the game like restart or something?

If you live in Bluebell and want to visit Konohana do you have to live in Konohana to be able to do that?

You can keep playing after you finish the tunnel.
