You can find them in the (fully opened) tunnel sometimes, especially in bad weather, and you can also get them from the gather point underneath the waterfall. On a bad weather/storm day, you may want to reload if you don't find at least one, since they should be really easy to get on those days.
In winter, you can access an extra area across a stream in one of the mountain areas, and you may also find them there.

I follow the walkthrough for Licorice 1st event
but she never goes to the spring? I wonder why...
I wait from 8 AM to 16 PM and I always checked on her everyday but she never came to the spring even though it's 11 PM... why is she in Ilsa's place on that hour?

She won't come to the spring on her own, you have to ask her on a date at that time and choose the spring as your location. Her date times are Monday, Saturday, and Sunday from 1100-1600.

Sometimes you have to get a little lucky with the choices. Also, even if you can ask her on a date on Wednesday, the event won't happen unless it's Monday, Saturday, or Sunday.

No, you won't always get the option you want. Usually you should though. Are you sure it's the right day?

No, you won't always get the option you want. Usually you should though. Are you sure it's the right day?
You can only ask someone on a date once per day.

You should just be able to talk to her normally anytime during those hours, and you should get an extra option after she says what she always says. You have to choose yes or no, and then you can choose the location.

she just said "Phillip, you are... an interesting guy" and after that she ends it

Green: "すてきだね"
Orange: "可愛い女の子！"

wait? that does make sense, however in the first answer 楽しくなかった… if I translate it then "It wasn't fun..." or at least it is some kind of negative answer
is it really going to add her FP?
