Hi! So I made an account, tried to log in, and got a message saying something about the COPPA agreement. I'm over 13 years old, so I don't get why I got banned. Is this possibly a mistake in the website? If not, can somebody please explain exactly what I have to do to become unbanned.

It isn't confusing at all; on the registration agreement you stated that your birthday was after the dates listed on the registration page. That makes you under the age of 13, and as such you must submit the Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act form that was delivered to your inbox.

The forum explains the differences between the two dates rather clearly. I can't do anything about the US law, nor do I have any proof that you are the age you state you are. You should of been paying more attention to the page you were on before you were even at the point of choosing a user name and password.

You must submit the COPPA form as per your original account registration.
