One of the reasons why I'm interesting in this game, is the Multiplayer. Farming/playing with a friend in Harvest Moon is something I always wanted to do. Anyway, it's not clear for me what you can do in the Multiplayer. Can your friend just join the singleplayer session, and do the same things as in the Single Player? Or are the features limited?

I think what you can do is help your friends out with their farm work, buy from their bazaar, and sell at their bazaar. I'm pretty sure you can talk to their villagers as well and get different responses than you would get if you talked to them on your game card.
Also, your English is fine, except you should say "I'm interested in this game," not "I'm interesting in this game." Really, the goal in a foreign language is just to make yourself understood.
