Only the cooking competitions take place on the mountain and I don't really count those as festivals... all the town festivals take place at the mayor's house.

I'm in Winter Year 1. No festivals aside from cooking competitions take place on the mountain. With Bluebell I bet it's different because there's no way they'd let a bunch of farm animals into someone's house.

Flower Viewing, Child's Day, Harvest Festivals, Bug-catching contest, Fishing contest, Music Festival, Moon Viewing, Snow Festival, New Year's Eve... all activated at the mayor's house.

Yeah, I updated, and the character has been told she's pregnant.
It's been 1 season since that... how much longer?

EDIT:
Forget it, I got it now, two seasons later.

Marvelous, what a tease you are.

and I think its so dumb : why the hell would you have a church if you get married on the mountain ? :I
Because they wanted to put Alisa and Nathan somewhere + they didn't want Bluebell to be so empty.
That makes sense!

But still it would have been nice to marry on the church(if you live in bluebell) or some kind of shrine (if you live in Konohana) and make everybody wear tuxes/dresses

I think having it in the mountain solves the problem of what village you'd get married in if you lived in one village and the person you're marrying lived in another. (Wed in your village, or the candidate's village?)
But it would of been nice if it was in the church/a shrine (that would be cool xD)...

But they DEFINITELY should of gave them tuxes/dresses in-game... >:l
But then they would of had to design a konohana and a bluebell style outfit for the player...

well you got a good point SkarletFantasy, buuuut still getting married on a church/a shrine would have been awesome :) and I don't get why not making the bachelors/ettes wear tuxes/dresses in-game they should have also made one (well two)tux/dress for the MC/FemaleMC,it feels unfair

I totally agree.

Not a character face sprite thingy (because apparently you never see your own face unlike in GB and the other player char isn't marrigeable like IoH/SI), an overworld sprite thing... But it really wouldn't have to be detailed at all then lol nvm

Or are you saying it's unfair they don't get one?...

I mean that the male MC and Female MC should have their own konohana and bluebell tux/dress it's unfair that everyone has their own artwork but not them and they should all wear tuxes/dresses in-game;a wedding it's supossed to be special after all and you get married with your daily clothes? It's unfair!!!

They're all beautiful except for Chihiro. His wedding design looks great and all but still looks like a child to me. I'm actually starting to change my tune about Kiriku and Lia. I'm also thinking about going for Licorice instead of Nana now.

Did you guy get married before tunnel connect or not. I will wait until tunnel connect before getting married. What happened if you can wear wedding dress and wedding take place in church. Girl she said she married to Licorice and with no wedding dress and take place in mountain may becase she didn't unlock tunnel connect between two village. I don't get why people rush to get married soon? When you get married the game get boring. When I play HM it take me 4-5 year to get married.

^Actually I was just making a statement. I'm not rushing to get married. The way I'm playing my game is that I'm living in the opposite village of the person I'm going for. *Sort of making it like a Romeo and Juliet romance but without the death part* I'm more focused on uniting the villages than getting married. I'm not really in any hurry to get married in this game.

The MC don't have wedding outfit in-game!? Aww... That sucks...I want to see their wedding apparel. :(

Alternative route would be to save one of your outfits for your wedding.
