Dogs. And Cats.

Well, this just occurred to me...Since on this game we buy dogs and cats, does that mean they have a lifespan? And if so, what is it? I really hope they're still ageless ._.

Same here; one of my kitties IRL died a few months back, and having it happen again, even in a video game. D;

I don't know, I'm still totally glad that the kitties have a purpose in this game. XD I always buy chickens first, so that means I can buy kitties first! <3

I'll be very upset if the dogs and cats have a lifespan. Seriously xD Though my friend and I agree that it's unlikely, so I can only hope from here on out ^^

You cant do that. you need at least 4 chickens to unlock cats and 4 cows+sheep (ur cows and sheep added together) to unlock the Dogs

If they buy chickens first then they can buy the kitties before the doggies, which is what it sounds like they mean....

Yes, I buy chickens en masse before any other animal. I've played other HM games and had four chickens by the end of Spring, and that's even the games where you can't just hatch the eggs! It's not a stretch; I can easily see myself having four chickens within three or four bazaars, if my planning is correct. XD That means like first week of Summer I could have a kitty!

don't forget that animals cost a lot more then in previous games.
