Just like the title says, how or when is the Horse Race Track unlocked?

After you get your horse on your 2nd summer go then and Wilbur and Felix will open the way.

Okay then, thank you. I have one last question, there is no Harvest Goddess in this game right? Cause I have two slots that have "????????????" in them. I know one is Wada and I assumed the other one is supposed to be for your child? (I might have to hold off on playing this game until US release. This way I'll be able to get the game guide. That is if there is one going to be made).

Ah, okay then, I figured as much. Thank you for clearing that up for me and yes, that's wonderful news to me. After the way I've been dealing with the HG in TV. I'm glad she's not in this game.
