does anybody know how to get the skateboard?

From Sage. You will get the skateboard if you do the special (red) request for her. I don't remember well but I think she will ask you for:
10 stone materials
10 balls from the water
some money

Yes to be friend with sage

Well, no. You don't need to be friends with her. When I got the request she had only a 1 flower.

If you ask me do you need to meet her first - then yes. You won't get the requests from people you don't know =P

you do many quest right because I think if you do many quest Level of you about quest will increse

if your level are high you will found high rank quest.

but I get 4 flower of Sage before I have quest about new cloth = =

The high rank quests are annoying. I'm not saying of the special ones (violet, red, orange) only about the common ones. People ask me for a bunch of things and I don't have a time for cooking for them. They should ask me for something more interesting than dishies or stones. I love the orange requests because the villagers ask me for help with milking, watering or harvesting. That's cool. But when I see the common boring requests like:

Honey Pudding - 7
Blue Magic Flower - 5

Then I'm like - "yeah yeah... better think of something more original" *walks away*

Amen. It's Aion all over again. If I wanted repetitive, uninteresting collecting quests, i'd go find a generic MMO.

I love orange quest too. Because It fun to help villager do something.

So if we get the skateboard, is it at running speed? In other words, would we not need to hold down the L button all the time if we were on the skateboard? Or is it not that simple?

I am confused so in this games two people make new clothes. So Nana and Sega make clothes? I am so confused I only got 2 new clothes fro
Nana request.

Nana makes outfits. I'm not sure about Sage though.
