Does the villager's FP when you complete a request? And if so, by how much?

Also, I think I was given fertilizer (a green bottle-looking thing) at one point by Rudger and I popped it into tilled ground and it's just been sitting there for three days and I can't move it 0.o How does it work and why won't it go away?

And is there any way to make Airin's construction requests appear? I have like... 89,000 G, no room in my barns for more animals and nothing to spend it on 0.0

1. Yes, it increases their FP but I don't know by how much. I did a bachelor's request once and it bumped him up to the next flower color once I handed over my items.

2. It works more like a plant food spike than fertilizer from past games. Any crop you plant around the plant food will get fertilized every day. The fertilizer will eventually go lower and lower until it dissolves away (for me it took about a season). You can't seem to move it once you place it onto the ground. You can buy more from the seed shop in Konohana if it becomes available; it randomly appears.

3. You can't force requests to appear as far as I know.

Also note, the fertilizer dissolves at a rate based on how many crops it is fertilizing at once. So if it's only got one crop next to it, it will last a long time. But I've had it attached to a string of ~8 crops, and it maybe lasted 2 weeks, at most.
