Is it worth getting?

I was bored after the first few days, to be honest.

In EVERY OTHER Harvest Moon, there's some sort of goal. A motivation. This game doesn't have one PERIOD. You're on a farm in a town. That's it.

I dunno, people are saying to get it because it's relaxing, but it feels more "boring" than "relaxing". I'd say save your money until another game you want comes out. :\

I personally don't mind there being no real plot such as saving your grandfathers farm or reviving the harvest goddess. My only concern would be if the interactions with people are worth it! Let me know if that dialogue in the game is worth it or not. :[

From what I've looked up today, I think I'm going to skip it and hold off until RF3 comes out. xD So maybe you could wait a while and see if it's what you really want after these boards get all busy when the game drops?

Plot or not (mwahaha, I'm a poet), I'm still excited for GB. I'm far too hooked on Harvest Moon to just skip a game altogether. And it's not like RF3 is coming out the week after. It may not turn out to be my favorite, but I'm definitely giving it a chance. Besides, I'm not that hard to please. Out of all my HMs I definitely have my favorites. But I wouldn't want to part with any of them, because there are aspects about each that I love (along with things I could do without, but what can you do...).

I don't know what Natsume has done with the dialogue, but in jp version the characters had as much to say as the ones from DS/Cute.

When I buy game I don't ask other people opinion « I can't make my own decisions about » this or not because we have different like. Just buy the game and play to see if you like it or not if you don't like then return it. who know what if you like. I don't care if this game don't have plot or easily to play I am still buy it. I don't want to miss the chance to have horse plush.
