Nah, I know for certain that he sells it at the beginning. It's been a while since I bought it, but I think it looks kinda like soybeans? Except they're red of course. And it's called "スパイス".

Horse cookies can be bought from the Ucho brothers. It's a carrot cookie for horses. Kilik also likes pond smelt (wakasagi) both the normal and small ones I think. His favorite dish Spicy Curry is pretty easy to make, too, since all the ingredients can be bought from the Ucho brothers (cooked rice + curry powder + spice + pot)
