Though I agree with you on wondering what Natsume is going to do here.

So to be sure, when you raise the affections of all the guys, they get jealous every time you do something with another guy? And then apologizing makes them normal again until you do something else with any other random guy?

Uh actually it isn't bad enough to call dark.
It's just going on a date.
At least its not a full on affair.

If you date the other guys 4 times a row, they will get jealous.

Kamil gets jealous too. I made him mad when I was dating Ash and Kiriku.

Probably they will remove it. They always remove more controversial things.
