im not sure if its just me or not, but im finding it realy hard to try to navigate that site. it seems realy 'touchy' when trying to move your mouse to the section you want.
If you're having trouble with the windmill navigation, scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Basic navigation".
You can choose the page you want from the list there.
