Chihiro's 3rd Heart Event

I'm in year 2 (summer) and I can't seem to trigger this event... besides it's too hard to wait for a typhoon or a blizzard to be on monday or sunday 
... And when i finally got it... nothing happened 
... just the same everyday dialogue... could anyone help me?... 
I followed all the steps in Rhea's guide...
