When Wedding Ceremony Time and about cat? HELP

Please help, I have a pet, Cat, but don’t know how to buy bell,
Because my dog have a plastic bone, but My cat isn’t has a bell to play
I try to find in Mucho and Fucho Store, but everydays, they never sell it
And when the wedding ceremony to be held? I propose Rasberrry just try but no save it, until 2 days later, the wedding ceremony never held, Rasberry already accept my proposal, she is in red flower and Grani is 5 flowers.
So the wedding ceremony not happened at the same time, I propose her in Summer? When the wedding to be held?
Please help me. And Roven already at in Blubell, I live in Blubell
Anybody knows how to be friend with Mucho, Rucho and Fucho, it’s hard to be friend with them?
