How did YOU start YOUR farm off?

I walked around wondering the « Snuggly Bunny » was I supposed to do in this game because I stupidly button-mashed throught the intro. It took me about a year to finaly get it(mainly because I gave up at the time thinking that this was the most boring game ever. Heh)!

In my most recent file I've been power farming. I plant as many crops as I can and then do the save reload trick to make it rain everyday. Tons of crops and no watering. It's quite nice. I also forage as much as I can, level up tools, dig for jewelry, and find as many sprites as I can.

Well, what i do (im doing this right now as i have just started playing Cute) is plant the measly 2 bags of turnips you get at the start (only because theyre there - i hate having to babysit crops all day and i dont wanna do the weather manip. trick because its time consuming and i dont really like too much rain - people dont come out of their houses), then go off and meet people and do as many heart events as i can (they are fun to see and they boost your farm degree) on the first day. From then on, i plan to keep doing the save/reload trick in the digsite until i get enough money to build a bird shed, then buy a chicken, get eggs... ect. and still continue with the save/reload digsite for a while after that.
At the same time, im wooing Skye. Phew. I just realized how much work that looks like... Aw, man...

I also cant do the weather manip. trick because Skye only visits on sunny days :D

Actually I used AR to get the max amount of money but shhhhh that's illegal, kids.

1. On your first day (Day 2) gather as much wild grass as you can
2. Go to bed
3. Wake up, go to Inner Inn (Day 3)
4. Sell stuff
5. Buy as many Bodigizers as possible
6. Go to the mines and dig up jewelry until your bodigizers are gone
7. Sell jewelry to Van and buy more bodigizers
8. Repeat steps 6 and 7 until he closes/you die of boredom
9. Profit

At least, that's how I do it :3

I Just plant the turnip seeds you start with, forage everything I can find, then do the save and reload trick at the digsite to get a good amount of G and then I buy my seeds and then just go from there, before long I build my first Chicken coop, then its smooth sailing from then on

I kind of do everything at once, or just balance them as evenly as possible. First thing I always do though is run around looking for material to build the lumber shed. After that it's the stone shed, silo, and then the barns and coops. All the while taking care of the crops, of course. <3 I mostly only use the Lumber, Harvesting, and Fishing teams. While I sometimes use the Watering team, I can't trust them to water ALL my crops (they always miss some, but, then again, I do have A LOT). I also do most of the mining and fishing during the winter so I have more stamina from not having to water crops.

This is also my first DS file that hasn't glitched on me so I'm happy. <3

I squandered all my money buying turnip seeds and had to think of quick ways to get it back.I made all these weird shapes to plant in and really just bombed.But then i gravitated toward the mines and trying to find sprites.At first i was just digging up necklaces and instead of selling them giving them out to random villagers.

cows. I always raise cows first, and until then I gather things and grow and level up crops.

I started off with the 2 packs of turnips then moved on to clearing the fields. i had profits that were double my expenses spring-fall then blew about all my money - less than 1 week left in winter and im down to about 10,000 gold - on my 3 barns and 2 bird coops, i think next year ill take it easy, upgrade my house, get married and let my animals do all the work
