I just wonder why did you always make new topic the question you ask they already have answer. all you need to do is look back in previous page or previous topic is just take you a little bit time . *sigh*
Amen. There is even a search function so you won't have to search through the topics yourself.
Important requests like the bell, wonder rod, and stethoscope always appear at the beginning of the month. I had all 3 before the end of year 1. You may need to befriend the relevant person to make the request appear. Ashe gives you the bell and stethoscope, while Rudger gives you the wonder rod.
I don't have a skateboard yet in Y2 summer, so I can't comment on that. Search "skateboard" at the bottom of the forum page. I think I remember it being a Sage request, so you'll probably have to meet and befriend her first.
