on the main menu u will see multiplayer...click on it and u can choose to use local or wifi to play. i tried it myself but it wont let me do it yet...probably because i am only on spring 3 and havent had my first bazaar yet im assuming.

I just had my first bazaar and it won't let me. I'm not on the day of the bazaar, I wonder if that is it.

I just had my first bazaar and it won't let me. I'm not on the day of the bazaar, I wonder if that is it.
Nope, I'm past my first bazaar and I still haven't unlocked it. I think you have to trigger some kind of event with Felix where he tells you how to use it. At least, that's what I gathered from the instruction manual.... It might just be a matter of time, like how you don't get your fishing rod until the first day of Summer.

maybe you cant unlock it until u upgrade the bazaar once maybe? i really dont know but i just did my 1st bazaar too and still cant. well i guess we will have to keep playing until we find out ^^
