I REALLY want Cliff and Ann to marry, but did NOT see their Blue Rival Event before Fall 1 of my fisrt year...
Can I still see the Orange Event and get them to marry?
Please answer :(

Sadly, they cannot.
The events must be viewed in chronological order; since their Blue Heart Event is only viewable before Fall 1, if you miss it there is no way to trigger the Orange Heart Event.
